Service Description

Learning how to shoot a Jumpshot is an important step in the journey to becoming a great basketball player, the next step is learning how to shoot on the move. This is because it is very rare during a basketball game to be standing still when you catch the ball to shoot. Due to the added momentum and opposing forces it can be difficult to become a consistent in game shooter without paying attention to the details at this next stage of development. So lets get to it! Over the course of these clinics players will learn how to become balanced and controlled at the end of a cut to raise up into their shot from different routes and situations. Starting with this skill sets foundation movement during week 1 to live shooting games at the end of week 2. The Shooting on the Move program is made up of 4 sessions over the school holidays. Being the school holidays I understand people are busy so there are a few options for the number of sessions. To gain the full benefit full attendance is recommended Due to the detailed nature of this program numbers are limited to 8 per program session. Each session is 90 minutes long to ensure players get enough time to work through sticking points and get a high number of repetitions. Program schedule; Week 1 - 4:30pm - 6:00 pm 12th and 13th April Week 2 - 4:30pm - 6:00 pm 17th and 19th April For the best progress it's advised for players to attend all 6 sessions as they build upon each other. However it is the school holidays and we understand that your busy people. Therefore you have 3 options; Single Session - $75 Full Program - $200 Quick reminder before booking, the Shooting on the Move program is aimed at players that already have a consistent stationary jump shot. If your not sure, go shoot 5 spots mid range for 10 makes each spot, if you shot over 50% this is the program for you. If you shot under 50% have a look at the Build a Better Jumpshot program.
