During Term 4 I will be running group workouts for 12-15 year olds.
These sessions are designed to help players start the progress at mastering the fundamentals of the game, whilst gaining an understanding of why/how/when to use the skills, being able to effectively apply all of this directly into their next game.
Running on Tuesday Nights, 7-8 pm at Hartfield Park recreation center.
